Taha's death Bemamud who became ruler in the slum, called District 13 was not able to make it a safe area. Empty power to make five ethnic groups fought each other there power seats left by Taha. Now the hopes of all citizens of District 13 relies on Damien (Cyril Raffaelli) and Leito (David Belle).
